The history of Top Fifty

In the middle of the nineties, many companies began to make the management younger. People who were over fifty returned to the employment market and wanted interesting activities again. That was the time when Carlo von Ah, Hanspeter Brändli and Peter Arbenz founded Top Fifty AG in Zug. The main goal of Top Fifty was to make good and experienced managers available to industries and administrations for a limited time. Twelve successful years later, this idea is taken over and continued by their successors.

The networks were reorganized and the new member category “associate partner” was created. The reinforced market appearance with an active acquisition policy allowed Top Fifty strong growth in the last ten years. Interim management is beginning to gain acceptance in many companies.
